Artwork Formats & Requirements
Getting your artwork right the first time means a faster turnaround and a better looking mat. The easiest way to get started is to upload your logo directly in our online mat customiserโ but if you'd like to brief a designer or printer first, here's what they'll need to know.
- โVector formats are preferred โ Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or editable vector PDF give the sharpest result, especially for graphic inlay mats and tiles.
- โWe can also work with high-resolution image files โ .jpg, .png, .tif, .psd, .eps โ as long as the resolution is high enough for your mat's final size.
- โPlease convert all text to outlines/curves, or include the font files if outlines aren't possible.
- โInclude the PMS colour codes for your logo wherever possible โ this helps us match your brand colours accurately.
- โSupply artwork at full size where possible (not scaled down), without crop marks.
- โFor layered Photoshop files, please supply at 150 PPI in RGB at full size.
- โFiles up to 5MB can be emailed directly โ for larger files, get in touch and we'll arrange another way to send them.
Not sure if your file will work? Send it throughand we'll review it for you.
