Terms of Use
1. Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST unless otherwise stated, and exclude freight. Pricing may change without notice. For overseas customers shipping outside Australia, GST is removed from the order total at checkout.
2. Payment
We accept secure online payment by credit and debit card, processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Payment is taken at the time of ordering, and we'll contact you directly if there's any issue with your order before production begins.
3. Freight & delivery
We deliver Australia-wide. Typical production and delivery is around 7–10 business days depending on the product and your location; we'll let you know if there's likely to be any delay. For urgent orders, contact us to discuss express options. We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
4. Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to you once payment has been received and cleared in full.
5. Product colour
We make every effort to accurately represent our product colours on this site, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
6. Returns
If you're not happy with a standard (non-custom) product, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom-made mats produced to your specifications cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide a return authorisation.
7. Use of this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Liability
While we take care to keep information on this site accurate, we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy and aren't liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Copyright & trademarks
All content on this website is the property of Mats R Us unless otherwise stated. Customer logos and artwork used to produce custom mats remain the property of their respective owners.
