Our Heavy Duty Graphic Inlay Carpet Mats are constructed from an antistatic heavy duty non woven nylon/polyester carpet pile, heat bonded to a 1.5mm nitrile rubber non slip backing. Graphic Inlay mats are unique in their construction - a base background carpet colour is chosen and then your logo is CAD cut out and then replaced with the correct pre-cut colour carpet pieces and hand laid in place like a jigsaw puzzle. The fabrics are then fused to the rubber backing in the production heating process. These mats are an ideal size for a single doorway entrance.

When ordering online you will be prompted to upload your artwork file. This will enable us to prepare a proof for your approval prior to production. Production normally takes place within 10 working days from artwork approval. As local producers if you have any deadlines please advise us and we will do everything we can to assist you with your deadlines.
